Lanky Maxy Gawn has thrown out a challenge to Larry Holmes after Holmes insulted his whole family by calling the Gawn's 'bitches'. Lanky was said to be in a mad rage at the insult and has dared Larry to step into the ring with him.

Will Larry accept?

Larry Holmes accepts. He is looking to put him to retirement once and for all.

Lanky promises to go after Holmes. Hurt Holmes and knock him out. He wants to do what Dipsy couldn't.

Harold "Harry" Angus has thrown his hat into the ring saying,

"What`s the bigger fight Larry? Fighting me or fighting Lanky Gawn?

Think about it."

It is believed Angus wants to jump in ahead of Lanky and fight Holmes but Lanky's people claim the deal is already done...
