Big fan of both but I think I'll have to go with Penalosa by late KO.

I see Mares youth and speed taking him to a UD win but I wouldn't count out Penalosa he's a crafty SOB.

Mares will really need to use Jhonny Gonzalez fight plan of jabbing, combinations, and always moving. Mares is the best prospect around those weights but taking on a guy like Gerry, who's never been hurt in his pro career, is no joke.
