Last Night in the Welterweight Division, a #1 contenders match took place between Former Champ, Edson Berto and Trinidad and what a war!


They fought on the inside all night throwing nothing but bombs!

Berto drops Trinidad in Round 1.
Berto drops Trinidad in Round 2.
Trinidad hurts Berto in Round 3 but Berto comes back and drops Trinidad twice!
Trinidad then comes back and drops Berto and then hurts him some more but Berto comes back and hurts Trinidad but Trinidad comes back drops Berto all in Round 4.
Round 5 begins and Berto comes back and hurts Trinidad, Trinidad then drops Berto, Hurts him, and finally knocks him out in the 5th round for the 10 count!

The Fight ends 1 minute and 14 seconds into Round #5 via Knockout victory for Trinidad.


Trinidad remains standing while the trainer wipes him down. He has a cut over his left eye.

Berto can't remember which corner is his. He has his left eye swollen shut. He has his right eye swollen shut. He has bleeding below his right eye. He has bleeding over his left eye. He has a cut over his right eye.


Berto came with such an action packed style and Trinidad fought just like the Trinidad in real life, getting dropped but getting up and knocking his man out.

Edson was looking for some revenge after how Trinidad had destroyed Andre. Edson didnt get the W, but there werent any losers in that fight. 147 is a great division right now. Some good sluggers in there.
