I put Ernie Terrell on because I think he deserves to be mentioned..He had one of the fastest jabs I've ever seen for a heavyweight or even light heavyweight..

I put Holy on cause he was always fast as hell..

Also, it feels strange rating Jones as he only fought once there. Doesn't feel right rating him as a heavyweight.

On pure handspeed I would say Clay is the quickest champion. Early Holmes is supposed to be amazingly fast but the earliest footage I have seen of him was against Shavers.

I am sure there have been some very fast fighters out there that never had the skills to make it to contender status so I will restrict this to people who have been champions.
