I just got done with a rendering of Manny Pacquiao in acrylic paint. The piece is 12" X 16" and is my first acrylic painting in about 14 years. Comments and critiques are more than appreciated! Thanks!

That's actually pretty cool. Nice work.

WTF!!! You can make money on these!!!

Make acrylic paintings of great fighters and have them autographed!!! They would be collectors' items!!! Or keep them to yourself. After a decades, they would be priceless.

Impressive work.

Good stuff, man. Look forward to some others.

I can't see it but I hope it is Manny punching the world & cracking it in 1/2 like Margarito.

Thanks, fellas! I'm starting on a Hatton portrait with the same flag motif going as a contrast. I'm hoping I can get it finished before fight time.

When Steve Forbes came to the Chi to watch some fights a dude made a huge painting of him and had him sign it..It'd obviously be a lot harder to get Pac-man to sign a painting but it'd be awesome if he did and to get his reaction of the painting..

Actually, it would easy to get Pac's autograph. He likes to sign. Ah, by the way, he writes using his right hand!!! A southpaw who writes using his right hand.

That is very nice, great job dude. clapping.gif

I might be interested in buying one if it's a fighter I like...say Terry Norris or Shane Mosley wink wink...wink.gif

I can do that in either black and white or color. Of course, color would be a little more to spend but there's more drama in black and white. I also mat and frame them free. Shipping's included in the price. If still interested, my e-mail is artofthepaw@yahoo.com smile.gif

And thanks for the props!

Thanks! I appreciate the consideration! If you'd like to see my other works, you can check out myspace.com/coyote_duran or my shitty, domain-less gallery at geocities.com/coyoteduranart. Sometime in April, I'm looking into making it truly a live site.
