ALLAN GREEN: I FINISH CHAD DAWSON OFF IN 6 OR LESS
By Bullshit artist
World class super middleweight Allan "Sweetness" Green was thrilled to hear Chad Dawson's promoter Gary Shaw mention him as a strong possibility for light heavyweight king Chad Dawson's next fight, should the IBO/IBF champ decide to drop down to 168. "Chad took care of business last weekend and if he's coming down to 168, I'm ready to make it happen. I respect Chad's skills as one of the best in the game, but I'm feeling so focused right now that I don't see anybody, including Chad Dawson doing much more than six rounds with me." More to follow shortly.

I like watching Allan Green fight but his decision making skills aren't something to be proud of. I mean... who is his manager again?
Poor decision making skills equate to making statements like that.
Just shut up and fight. Let your performance talk for you, Allan.
And fire your manager. ASAP.

Wow...a win over Carlos De Leon Jr. sure does bring out the swagger in some folks.

He'll be REALLY obnoxious after the Ward-Miranda fight this weekend, especially if Miranda pulls off a win.

Green has good power..I'll never forget his KO over Jaidon Codrington..If he can work on his skill more,he may turn out to be a major player at 168..

Well atleast he is talking confident and up for taking on a challenge. Too many fighters today look for the path of least resistance.

His fight with Miranda showed all I need to know. He basically quit even though he could definitely knock Miranda out.

Nah, I didn't think he quit. Didn't Green have some serious health issues that were revealed after that fight? He definitely looked like something was wrong with him if I recall. I don't think that fight showed a lack of heart. I also think Green would knock Miranda out if they rematched.

Same here, I try not to base him off that fight.

That's true. He shouldn't have even been fighting that night. He's take Miranda out now.

He basically had most of his colon removed.
To the author of the thread, why do you think this is such a ridiculous notion here?? It's not like Allan is some washed up or on the way outs fighter like most his "advisior's" clients. Allan has damn good abilities (outside of the Jaidon fight). Will you say anything negative towards him should he get a fight with Bute, Kessler etc and wins??

if he gets a fight with Bute, Kessler or Dawson and wins, then I'll say I was wrong.
