Pacquiao at $2.75

Does this mean that if you bet a $1.00 on FLoyd you win $1.40?

How would this line look if it was a "+100 ,-100" type line you would find in vegas?

Yes, that's how it works. I'm not sure how it would look with +100 and -100 lines you guys use. It has been explained to me before, but I never understand it, lol.
