Just wanted to inform all the fight hype board members of the new Fighthype New York blog, www.newyork.fighthype.com. I'm the regional editor of the site--- I'm just getting things up and running at the moment, but in the very near future, we're going to have a bunch of original content (interviews, features, news stories, mailbags etc) related to New York-area boxing and beyond.

Yes, it is an offshoot of Fighthype--- some of Fighthype NY articles will appear on the main site, others will not. But yes, it is part of the Fighthype banner.

Yeah...it's definitely related to FightHype. GoldenBoy East is a perfect way of thinking of it. The home page of the site will definitely feature the blogs more prominently...it's just taking me a little while to get everything done (Fitz and AussieLad had me sidetracked for a minute...lol). But FightHype NYC is actually already up and running already.

I'd love to run it, but my time is spread so fkn thin, plus, even though I'm dialed in to some of the gyms, there's so much more going on w the scene down here than I currently care to follow.

It would be a lot easier for me to do things on a macro level than on a concentrated, micro level.
