Tejas is not my favorite neighborhood. But Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas-Fort Worth are worthy urban destinations. Personally, if gambling were outlawed in every state in the union but Nevada and New Joisy tomorrow it would be great for this nation. The positive revenue generated by legalized gambling is far out-weighed by the degenerate effects it has on the public, IMO. Especially the negative effects on those already economically disadvantaged.
I would prefer to see Pacman v PBF in the big D. No other venue can compare. I would be going to see a historic mega-fight not to throw my hard earned cash away on the same bullshit games that I can play at four casinos within 45 miles of my home.
Dallas-Fort Worth is a great place to party. Plenty of decent clubs and bars. More importantly, the female hotness factor is right up there with San Diego and Daytona Beach though not at the level of Moscow or Belarus.
