I think it might effect Adamek's adrenaline balance negatively.

I read Adamek saying he was supposed to have dinner with the president and his wife after the fight. That must be tough, but look what happened with Berto, he lost FAMILY and ko'd Quintana. I don't think it will have a negative effect on Adamek. He might be more motivated. BUT, you never know. At least HBO is putting on their fight AFTER SHOWTIME's so no DVR .

I don't think it will have any effect whatsoever. He's a pro fighter. Stuff like this just goes on the back burner.
