I guess I'm not that too much of an outgoing person but I seriously NEVER want to go to a club or bar. How people get all dressed to go to club..man fuck that. To be honest I spend alot maybe most saturday nights in my boxing gym. Clubs/Bars just aint my vibe. Much prefer to just be at a friends house and hang out there.

Nah but seriously I understand where your coming from but I do like going out. Its all about the crowd and atmosphere you want to be around. I'd never recommend going to the cities most "popular" club. Something is always bound to go down in spots like that. Around here we have clubs and we have Entertainment Groups that throw parties like once a month a piece. Most of the spots be in lounges(which I highly recommend) or smaller venues that can fill up easy but still enough room to walk without knocking over somebodies drink. Any place where they will let you in with Sneakers you wont find me in there. Any place that needs to hire big Mayweather looking security guards you wont find me there either. The relaxed lounge spots and parties with upscale professionals and vibrant atmospheres is the place to be. Around here most places have strict dress codes. They dont allow baggy jeans, tall t's, white t's, boots(Timberlands), fitted caps, and athletic wear. That dont mean you have to wear a suit, it just means you have to dress like you have some sense. Most of the time when folks dress like that they have no intentions of getting into some scuffle and messing up their nice threads.

Every blue moon I'll throw in the gold grill, let the dreds downs, rock my Jordan's and party with the hood bitches in the hood clubs. As I said though thats every blue moon.

I still like a club, but like Fitz said, young people these days are shit. Saturday nights I go to a club that generally attracts an slightly older crowd and its a great laugh, very little trouble. Although some is inevitable since the town I live in is a little rough. I also agree woth Fitz regarding bouncers. I fucking hate them! The number of run ins iv had with them is ridiculous, and im not the sort of person thats easy to fall out with, but they just rub me up the wrong way!

I'm not into pretentious clubs and bars either, nothing beats my spit and sawdust local, but I will admit that when on holiday, specially Vegas, I am guilty of the champagne lifestyle/lemonade budget!

Yeah, I might stay at the club if they play some Justin Bieber songs.

I used to be down with bars...not clubs. Now I will hit a bar on a Friday for a bite and few drinks with a bud here and there...or even to watch a game with my girl, but I go pretty rarely.

Mainstream big bars and clubs? pffft, hell no.


The music is gay, the dress code sucks and the places are full of idiots.



I go to a lot of underground and specialist music events where people go for the music. Its a totally different vibe and you can wear what you want.


Fuck wearing shoes and a shirt, listening to the Black Eyed Peas for a hundred times and having people try and start on you because they want their mates to see how cool they are.


Give me a dub-step arena, wear what the fuck I want and lots of happy people skanking to the tunes. Awesome.

This is the truth. I HATE mainstream bars that play shitty music. It's like Talib Kweli's song "Lonely People". Just a bunch of insecure mofos trying to prove their self-worth by acting like childish assholes.

But I LOVE to dance and when you hit a club that's about the party rather than the status, those places are the fucking best.

Every now and then I'll go to a club, but I prefer a sports bar any day.

I much prefer a nice pub or bar to go to & have never been one to bother with clubs. I like to go out have a nice meal & a few drinks these days. Clubs are usually full of Guidos & their fake tan whores & I fucking hate Guidos. I like Melbourne though as it has a lot of nice little wine bars & cafes where you can pop in for a drink & bite to eat & then move onto the next place for a drink etc.

Why go out when you can stay at home?

I also agree..I'd rather chill at someones house than a bar or club..I hate clubs and only actually really like a couple bars..I hate most club/bar music..Theres a German bar out here that has a German band come in and it's bad ass..

I hate clubs, but don't mind going to a bar every once in awhile. BigG, you might change your tune about bars once you hit drinking age. The only problem with bars is you can blow a shit ton of money in one night. Yea, I did that the other night after the Tech n9ne concert. Hell of a good time though.

A way to help save money is buy your alcohol before you get there. Pre-game/drink at your spot or a friends spot until you get pretty nice so once you go out you only need a drink or two to set you over the top. Hell for what you pay for two drinks at the club you could have bought a whole bottle of what your drinking at your local package/alcohol store.
