Full Contact Karate event I promoted a few weeks back, Roll Deep was one of the heavyweights in action (despite only weighing in at 177lbs, check the 230 lb'er he had to fight!!!)

Must be going pretty good for the both of you guys. Matt has his own dojo and promoting full contract karate. You fight much at all, or just training, and running the gym for now?
What about you Roll? You just fight, or you help out around the gym as well?

By the way, Karate looks so much better when it's full contact.

My brother and I run the gym together. I try and fight whenever, although it can be hard running classes and coaching all the while and trying to fit my own training in.

I think I may have fractured my knuckle with the head hook after the body shot that put him down. It sort of bounced funny off his head and it's been 2 weeks since I fought and I still can't make a fist with it let alone hit a pad.

What up Fitz, we both share the coaching at our gyms, but only James fights. I'm too....um.....'plump' now and enjoy a drink too much to still be fighting!!!!

Glad you like the full contact Karate, it's a thing we're trying to make big, it's like a half way house between boxing, kickboxing and regular Karate.
