An old Marciano was able to get past Ali's jab...
An old Marciano dropped Ali with a body shot too, but most people don't want to talk about that because Ali was out of shape when it happened.
I think Marciano would be able to get on the inside and do some major damage..In my opinion,Marciano is a harder hitter than Rahman or McCall..Yeah,he may not weigh as much but if Marciano grazed a punch off you,it still hurt.
You got that shit right, but I don't even bother to try and break down Marciano's game anymore, because you get a bunch of fucktards that don't know their shit trying to chime in with some bullshit about how "over-rated" Rocky was.
This would be a tough fight to call..I could see both winning it..If it was a 220 lb. Lennox,I see Marciano taking it but once Lennox added weight and skills,I see it as a closer fight..If they had 2 fights,I see Marciano winning the first and Lennox winning the second.
Whatever happens in the first, I only see Rocky improving in a rematch. See Marciano/Walcott 2, Marciano/Charles 2, and Marciano/LaStarza 2 for example.
I heard fighters before, talking about Rocky years later, and how they could still feel his punches. How they'd try to cover up, and he'd punch them in the arms, round after round. How eventually they'd wilt under his power, and then suffer from the vicious KO after they couldn't lift their arms anymore.
Rocky was a beast, and there was no fighter on the planet that ever really recovered mentally from a fight with him. He finished every rematched opponent in a shorter amount of time than he did previously. The man was an animal, a killer, pure and simple.
