They played off in the Grand Final last week and it was a draw in front of 100,016 people, it was the 3rd draw in history (over 100 years) and they had the rematch yesterday, and Collingwood came home and won by over 50 points.......WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! First time since 1990 and back on top.

But these days, women are opportunists, and the time she was there tells me that there 'could' be other sides of the story. Like I said, I don't know, but I prefer to wait for some more facts before making a judgement. I have been here 11 months & I can understand why so many people despise the Pies. Then again you have players with super tough nicknames like Daisy.

So many people hate the pies because of their supporters, and because they are the biggest and one of the most successful clubs. Nothing more. I have no idea why people hate the actual football club themselves.
But yeah like most sports, usually the most popular and the most successful are usually the most hated as well.

It would have to be Collingwood, Carlton, Essendon and Richmond that are the big 4. Hawthorn probably close up to them as well. The Hawks have one of the bigger membership based clubs.
I really like Richmond, my second favourite team at the moment, they are exciting and have a lot to look forward to after years, years and years of suffering.

I was close to supporting the Tigers as I think they have a good attitude & have had a shocking run.

Also with Richmond, they played Essendon in the anual dream time game on Saturday night. It's a game for the indeginous people. Richmond didn't have any boongs playing that night. I was also really happy they beat the Bombers.
The bombers have been extremely arrogant since they have improved this season, and they have their love child James Hird coaching. They also stole Geelong's coach. They are shady at best how everything went down last year. Hird always told the media he would not coach for at least 2 years, every single week he would be asked if he would coach, and never gave a straight answer.

I don't hate Hawthorn completely. As a kid, I went to more Hawthorn games than Collingwood, as I used to go a little bit with my cousins and uncle, who are Hawks supporters. That said, they are probably the team that concerns me the most this season.
Their is a big gap between their best and worst, they lack consistancy. But when they are on, they can beat just about anyways. Their forward and midfield is so dangerous. It's their backline that is pretty suspect, and it was even suspect before all their injuries in the back line.

Went & saw your bloody Pies at the G last Saturday. First AFL game in Melbourne I have been to as well.

I can state with total clarity that the Eagles female supporters are a much better looking bunch than the toothless Pies. That said there were numerous Pies fans who warranted attention.
