Ive been out of states for past 14 months working and had the opportunity to go to Tirane last week..... Place Is the nuts $1 beers in all night clubs and $1.50 spirits. The girls are hot and free ! Restuarants have great Italian food that Is so cheap Its ridiculas. English is spoken every where and over all the people are cool.
