This could affect the ratings and standings of the magazine in a big way.http://www.mediabistro.com/fishbowlla/gold...a-ringtv_b38578

Last week's news, no?
What I think will be very fucking cool, if it happens as I hear it is supposed to - they will be digitizing ALL of the content of the mag since inception and making it available on the website. That would (will?) be bad ass. The site has gotten a lot better, and I dig the addition of Lem Satterfield. Solid writer.
Will be VERY hard to shake the stigma that its an unbiased publication when the rag is owned by a promoter.
That said, how much of it really matters anymore. If anything, the magazine is just coffee table deco...or the shitter. its always 6 months out of date, etc, etc, etc.
I already heard some shady shit that went down since the "takeover", so who knows. But seriously...who cares. The ring is but one of many sources for content (and likely not even a first or second click source), and the mag is so yesterday's news.
