Mods you can delete this here pregnant video but just let it get a little shine for those Pactards who said Marquez was cheating. Southpaw vs. Conventional fighters will collide heads and feet will get tangled. This is basic boxing shit so get it together.

I don't know dude, Marquez did it way too many times and swung right away once his foot landed on Pacquiao's. But yeah this is a good response but can you explain that yellow liquid he was drinking in his corner? When in fact I think the official rules is to drink water ONLY.
Hops
Did Juan Manuel step on Pacquiao's foot 17 times in their first two fights? I guess not. Only in this fight. But you're saying it's natural for Marquez to step on Pacquiao's foot?

It's pretty obvious that Marquez fires right away after stepping on Pac's foot. Dirty tactic. But not cheating.

It's comparable to grazing the opponent's brows with your head. Just touching the brows. Throw your opponent off game. Holyfield employed that tactic. Dirty? Yes. Cheating? No. Illegal? No.

But Dirty.

Again. It's common for that stepping on foot to happen between a southpaw and an orthodox. But to happen 17+ times in one fight when it didn't happen or happen only a few times in the first two fights. C'mon.

That's tactic.

Their feet do get tangled and stepped on because their lead foot is postioned funny. When they stand directly in front of eachother in their fighting stance, its almost as if they're standing beside eachother shoulder to shoulder while trying to face eachother at the same time. That shit is uncomfortable in person, and looks waaay more uncomfortable watching on television. Hell, the fighters are uncomfortable half the time, so yes stepping on eachother's foot is one of the many weird things that will happen in there. Real hard to explain, but easier to demonstrate.

The real question is, why was Pac's foot so available to be stepped on in the first place? If his footwork was so "excellent" (according to the pom-pom-wavers), then why were his feet getting stepped on? If Marquez knew in his mind that he couldn't afford to be out of position, then why would he risk it trying to step on Pac's foot? These questions aren't anything against the two, but it goes to show you that it happens when guys are right handers and southpaws.
