Anybody watching this?

I will be! Just gotta get through the bullshit ass replay of Bradley/Pacquiao first. I'll be watching the NBC card in the meantime and hopefully it ends right in time for the Chavez/Lee bout.
Cshel86
I dont know about you guys, but the 3rd picture (of Lee) has "light saber and robe" written all over it.

mgrover
these two looked drained as fuck

Joke of the night for sure! He does look like he stepped off the set of a George Lucas film for sure!

Happy to watch this replay

I hope Lee wins the fight. JCC jr isn't as impressive to me as he is to others. Didn't Arum say he's moving him up to 168 after this fight? If he does, I think he'll have a problem in that division. Too much natural talent and skilled fighters. I don't see him being a successful SMW
Cshel86
All of that fuckin' Gatorade and Coca Cola that Chavez drank yesterday, and he cant provide a urine sample before he leaves the locker room? And you guessed correctly, the TSAC will accept it AFTER the fight...if they're even capable of doing that. The fuckery begins...
Hotsauce
smh @ chavez
Cshel86
These highlights are NOT helping Lee by any stretch of the imagination, smh...

Is JCC Jr the truth? I think this fight will answer that question

Surely it will. Arum didn't want this fight, so who knows.

No unofficial weights tonight...odd. I'm wondering if Lee's frail frame will be a match for Julio's strong stature...which Im sure is right at 180 lbs tonight.
bnoles4life
I'm IN this biiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch!!!!!
bnoles4life
Uh-oh....old King Cole's son is in this bitch too
Cshel86
Whaddup Noles!

I gave the first to Lee because of his jab, but anybody could give it to Julio for those hand full of punches that landed with power.

Lawrence Cole is already dickin' it up in there...callin' shit that isn't Lee's fault.
bnoles4life
Roach: "A lil' bit more activity...we gave that round away."

Chavez: "Bitch please...I"m Chavez and this is Mexico-North"
Cshel86
Gave the 2nd to Julio...hard shots landed and he's found his way to the inside, which Lee has made quite easy for him.

Sidenote:

Lampley is programmed to say:

"Big left hand by Pacquiao!"

"Big body shot by Chavez!"
BigFightFan
This shitty stream keeps freezing
Cshel86
Ugh...I gave the 3rd to Julio again. He's stopped jabbing as much as he did early and he's not throwing with authority. He landed a few good ones, but Chavez ate 'em...it's obvious that Lee is fighting stupid because he's letting Chavez get in and invest body work.
Cshel86
FUCK! Nasty uppercut by Chavez! Hopefully that woke Lee up and didn't put him closer to his misery. That was a "pick 'em" round, because he stood his ground when Julio landed big.

That round could've gone either way, but again, in my opinion, Lee is STILL fighting stupid.
Cshel86
Ugh Lee...check this out man...Chavez DOES have a body for you to work on. Dumbass...

Who did you all give the 5th to?

You know? I'm like, have you heard, in basketball, teams that press, don't like to be pressed? WEll, body punchers, don't like it to the body, either.
bnoles4life
Lee, appears to be nearing "running on fumes" status.

Exactly! This motherfucker is fighting like he's the favorite and thy're fighting in Austria. Julio has "leg cramps"...go figure. Im already giving the 6th to Chavez, again. Hus punches have no pop on them right now...probably because of the body shots that he's sustained.
bnoles4life
OH, how I'd love to kick Jim Lampley in the "baby makers" every time I hear, "it's now becoming a war of attrition".

Yep...those body shots are leading him closer to the "light at the end of the tunnel"...

I've got it all even. Chavez landing harder punches but Lee landing more and his aren't and powder puff shots either. I know Steward has to be pissed. Lee is killing him in the center of the ring but he keeps having those mental lapses and lacks discipline. Also, this ring is ridiculously small.
Franchize
BOOOOO...early stoppage!
BigFightFan
Chavez touched his ass up. That boy is a fighter
Franchize
Not impressed by Chavez still. He's going to either have to move up in weigh or fight Sergio. I think both will spell disaster. He still gets hit entirely too much for my liking. If Chavez fought a guy like Ward, I think he would get the breaks beat off of him.
mrchitown
Damn, Chavez did some work

I agree it was early, but lee put himself in that situation. Stewart gave him the gameplan but he didn't execute. I can't believe he walke through lee like that

Manny Steward has yet another fighter who ignores his instruction in the ring. lmao

Honestly...Lee has been asking to be knocked out for the past 3 or 4 rounds. He has fought stupid ALL night long, and punched like a bitch. NOW, we have to witness HBO sucking Chavez's dick, overrates Roach's training pedigree, and watch this motherfucker run those the rankings.

I guess from this point on, I'll be a Chavez fan, as well as become a fan to the other media-manufactured retards that HBO sucks off. Seems like the "good guys" who are supposed to dethrone these bums, don't have the balls, heart, or discipline to follow a gameplan, in order to get these guys off of television...or at least expose them.

It all started w/ Vivian Harris in the Carlos Maussa fight.

The first time ive ever been impressed with Chavez Jr. He better get that 18 foot ring against Martinez. But he wont fight him. Chavez Jr will become Arums new cashcow. 10 to 1 Chavez fights Palvik.

I don't think Sergio is the monster most believe he is. That is a 50/50 fight in my opinion.

Agreed. Lee isn't a tomato can but he isn't the brilliant boxr HBO tried to made him out to be. I dont know if it's typical HBO hyperbole or just them showing respect to Manny Steward.

Sidenote: I agreed with many that thought Pacquiao beat Bradley. However, this spilled milk HBO, and especially Lampley, is crying over is ridiculous. The polls, the constant referencing, the "breaking news" and quotes from everyone around boxing is a bit much. We all saw the fight. It's over. Pacquiao isnt the 1st fighter on the losing end of a controversia decision and he wont be the last. Get over it. If this was any other fighter, including Floyd, this would be in the past. HBO...we get the point. You're mad your little golden child lost.

Agreed. Also Sergio won't stay on the ropes and let Chavez tee off on him.

Please JCC Jr. fight Martinez before moving up. Please!!!!

Hate to say this, but Sergio would get his ass kicked. I STILL believe people are holding on to the Williams knockout, but it's clear as day that Sergio isn't as powerful as people give him credit for...he's just accurate.

Accuracy doesn't mean much when a guy can take your punch all night, which is the case with Julio. Sergio (to me) has shown that he cant really make mid-fight adjustments. He's consistent as hell, dont get me wrong, but after his opponent is able to switch things up (even it's done to help them survive), Martinez has problems making adjustments.

We see these late knockouts because by Sergio, because his opponents are worn down by that time. At times, they switch up to survive, but then get tired of Sergio's pace, so they eventually fold down the stretch.

I dont see Chavez doing any of the above. His stature has gotten him this far...anytime a guy can step on the gas and work from the bottom up (like Chavez just did), then it always spells trouble. NOW, if Sergio can come out and execute the game plan of a possessed man and religiously goes to the body with conviction, then we may see something different. Sergio is a small middleweight, unlike Julio.

I really hope that they make Martinez vs. JCC Jr. I'm picking Sergio all day!!

That would be the saddest day that we see. The "smart pick" would be Sergio because of his track record, but the "shit your pants" pick would be Julio...and he's more than likely win you some money.

The more I see Martinez fight, the more ordinary he looks. The more I see Chavez fight, he looks more and more unbeatable due to his massive frame at MW. Now, if he didn't rehydrate to 180+, then he wouldn't be able to take punches the way he does.

I've been saying that about Sergio all along. That Williams KO was a once in a lifetime shot against a guy who his there to be hit. I hope the fight gets made... Sergio needs Chavez, Chavez doesnt need Sergio.

Do you guys think Chavez vs Martinez will be on PPV?

Apparently, Chavez refused to take a pre-fight urine test.

Hmmm....

Not impressed,

Shit I even had Chavez behind in the Manfredo fight 3-1. He's just so average. He might rise to the occasion against Martinez and it will be a good fight, but I don't think Chavez will win. I am so sick of Lamply's pom-pom cheerleading! Why can't he go back to the great announcer he was ten to fifteen years ago?
