'Judgement Day': Paul McCloskey vs. Manuel Perez

Rd. 5 - All McCloskey. Perez not out of it yet

Uk.fighthype.com is doing a round by round of the McCloskey bout, so no need for this one.


'Battle of Britain' Scott Harrison vs. Miguel Aguilar

Rd. 1 - Harrison scored a first KD. The punch hurt, but if Aguilar wasn't off balance / mid swing, would he have gone down?

Rd. 4 -Harrison showing a nice jab, stalking Aguilar. Aguilar looks tired, but he isn't here just for the money.

Krzyzstof Wlodarczyk vs. Francisco Palacios is underway in Poland. Cruiserweight isn't a bad division at all

Scott Harrison gets the decision. Aguilar wasn't a pushover and he had his moments, but Harrison showed better boxing sense and kept up the pressure.

Krzyzstof Wlodarczyk vs Francisco Palacios in the 7th round. Close bout. I have't been paying complete attention because of the U.K stuff, but so far I'm leaning towards Palacios.

Mitchell vs. Burns underway at the same time as Frampton vs. Molitor. The cruiserweight bout in Poland is now getting stepchild treatment.

Carl Frampton /Steve Molitor in the fourth and it's all Frampton. Hard to gauge how much quality Frampton has because Molitor's focused on surviving and isn't doing much.

In Poland, Krzyzstof Wlodarczyk wins. Missed most of it so will have to rewatch, but what I did see favoured Palacios.

Renald 'Le Lion' Garrido replaces Lee Selby against Martin Lindsay.

Rd. 2 - Lindsay's ahead but Garrido's a decent last minute replacement.

Manuel Avila vs. Jhon Molina

Rd. 1 - Manuel Avila's strated off behind a nice jab. Molina's much shorter than him so obvious thoughts are outside vs.inside game etc.

DonYil Livingston vs. Paul ‘el Gallo Negor’ Mendez.

Rd. 1 - Very active.
Rd. 2 - This is a solid scrap. Nice technique from both guys. Mendez the bigger guy and seems just a bit better, but it's still early.
Rd. 4 - Great poise by both boxers. Mendez has the better hands and is starting to land a lot more.
