I like this fight.And i like Margarito Jr. aka Cruz in this fight lol I think Mares just moved up in weight so idk how soon it will materialize, but i think GBP is trying to build hype for a Mares vs. Cruz fight.

he should of learned that people are cheating bastards and should never be trusted to fight fairly.

fighting santa cruz would be a step back for mares. mares has 2 choices in my opinion...donaire or rigondeaux.

Moreno's slick...I wonder if he could catch Cruz with something on his way in. Nobody can count out that crazy punch volume from Cruz though, but the thing is, a guy has to be there to be hit, and Moreno aint one of those dudes.

Definitely you can expect punch output to go down with morenos sneaky shots and great defense.

the thing that moreno needs to learn is the same thing that cotto needed to learn against margarito. at some point, you have to stifle that pressure by stepping into the eye of the storm. it's the only thing missing from moreno's arsenal. i'm eager to see how he bounces back and i hope and pray this bout isn't ref'ed by a cali ref.

I love how Santacruz fights, Moreno isn't what he once was but he will be there to fight. I can't wait to see this fight.
