Check out what fans were asking and what Bellator light heavyweight King Mo Lawal had to say in this week's Grind mailbag as he touches on a number of subjects, including the future plans of Timothy Bradley, Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather, and much more. Mo is answering any and all questions related to himself, mixed martial arts, boxing, wrestling, or just about anything, so send him an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and maybe next week, you too can see your questions and Lawal's responses in Mo's Grind.
What's good Mo? What is this waiting process of getting back to action (wrestling/MMA) been like for you and what have you been doing to keep busy? Best of luck to you fam. Holla back. J ROD
King Mo: I have to go to wrestling school in Louisville, KY before I can start wrestling. The school is called Ohio Valley Wrestling and it is run by Al Snow.
Why is it you always defend boxing and all they have is terrible decisions, robberies etc. Even you have to be saying fuck boxing by now. And if not I would love to know how you scored the Pacquiao/Bradley fight. Talk to me Mo wassup
King Mo: I never defend boxing. All combat sports have bad decicions, even amatuer wrestling in the Olympics. I had Pac winning 116-112. The whole fuckin' boxing thing is only said by people who don't watch boxing regularly. Why wasn't you sayin' fuck boxing when Lara got robbed vs. Williams?
I know Mike Goldberg dumb ass didn't tweet out, "Another great night for the UFC" after the Pacquiao/Bradley decision was announced. LMAO. They better worry about them low ass numbers they are doing. What you think about all of these so called MMA experts taking shots when something negative or controversial happens in boxing, but when there is something dramatic like FROCH stopping Bute or a great fight like Salido and JUANMA they are quiet as church mice? They need to stop it man. Rez
King Mo: It shows that MMA fans watch a dying sport all the time. You never see Arum or DiBella tweet out that MMA is dying cuz they don't watch it. A fight is a fight. Bad calls happen in all sports and so do bad decisions.
Hey Mo do you watch HBO boxing and actually listen to the commentary or do you have the volume down? Also what are your thoughts on the way Harold Letterman scores fights? Any reply would be appreciated man. THX! Freeman
King Mo: I form my own opinions during the fights cuz I know the commentary be missin' stuff. I think Lederman is a good gauge to see where your scorecard, is but he ain't who I really go by.
If Jon Jones beats Dan Henderson who is left for him at 205? I'm not sure Gustafon (spelling) would be ready anytime soon. What are your thoughts on this MO???
King Mo: My thoughts are none; I dont care. They will figure it out.
BELLATOR SEEMS TO BE DOING SOME GOOD THINGS MAN. I KNOW ALL ABOUT PAUL DALEY, BUT CAN YOU GIVE ME A LITTLE MORE INSIGHT ON SHAWN BUNCH? WHAT ARE HIS WRESTLING CREDENTIALS AND HOW QUICK OF A LEARNER IS HE TO MAKE SOME NOISE IN MMA/ THANKS FOR UR TIME MAN. MUCH RESPECT
King Mo: Shawn Bunch is a true world-class wrestler; very athletic and eager to learn. He will have success in whatever he chooses to do.
what's up with the Texas Commission man? I kno dats ur city, but damn they be fucking up all the time man especially when Chavez comes to town. Thoughts???
King Mo: I don't know what's up with the Texas Commission.
Mo I know you done had your fair share of Twitter beefs. Which one sticks out in your mind the most? Which beef, debate got the most heated in your opinion? KEV
King Mo: None really cuz it's just Twitter. It ain't real life. I just use it for entertainment and networking.
King Mo: You must be a loser to hit me up just to say that. Maybe you mad cuz while you was watchin' boxing, some other man was watchin' your gal.
what do u think is next for tim Bradley and manny Pacquiao? Also do u think the Mayweather fight will ever happen or do u think Floyd will retire like u in a previous mailbag? Thx eduardo
King Mo: I think Bradley should fight Khan next and Pacquiao is probably gonna fight Marquez. I think Floyd will, and should, just retire.
