Moments ago, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, WBC jr. welterweight champion Danny Garcia added the WBA title to his trophy case with a spectacular performance, defeating former champion Amir Khan via 4th round TKO. Khan came out aggressive, landing quick punches that put him ahead early on the scorecards. Garcia was patient, however, and waited for the opportunity to land his bigger shots. In the end, after three knockdowns, Garcia backed up the talk that his father made prior to the fight, stopping Khan at 2:28 of round 4 and proving that he's the king of the jr. welterweights.
