"A dude called me the other day asking if Amir wanted me to train him, what would I do. I told him this is the boxing game, man. I may say some things about the guy, but most of the time, I feel like I can change them, so...if I can't change them, then hey, they can keep on going the way they going. I say things about Khan, but I think I could change any fighter," stated world-class trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr., who shared his thoughts on Amir Khan's recent loss to Danny Garcia and whether or not he felt being with Freddie Roach has hindered Khan's growth as a fighter. PC: How you been Big Floyd?
FM: I've been good, man. I got a lot going on. You know I'm about to get into promotions.
PC: No, I didn't know that. Can you share any details?
FM: No, I can't put too much out right now, but you know when it comes together, I will be able to give you more. But I got a lot of good things going on right now.
PC: I see you will possibly be training Drake or Chris Brown if that comes together.
FM: Yeah, man. I got contacted to train one of them. I told the guy putting it on to let it come together first though. I don't really want it out there too much until it comes all the way together; just let things happen.
PC: I feel you on that. What else you got going on?
FM: Well, I got Mike Jones down here. You know, the guy that just got knocked out by Randall Bailey. I got him down here doing some training with me now.
PC: What did you think of Amir Khan getting knocked out by Danny Garcia?

PC: A lot of people are kind of pointing the finger at Freddie Roach, saying that his fighters are offensive machines, but lack defense.
FM: Well, like I've told you before, and this isn't even taking a shot at Roach, but you can't teach what you've never had. He was never a good defensive fighter, so how can he teach someone to be one? Look here man, you gotta be able to throw triple hooks and all that stuff to the body, to the head, up and down, sideways, in and out, and he ain't got all of that, and you gotta be able to get out of the way of shots while you doing all of that. All he got is coming straight forward, and that's why Pacquiao know what he's going to get when they fight Floyd! It ain't nothing to even talk about and that's why it's taking that fight so long to happen because they know what's going to happen to Pacquiao.
PC: Mickey Bey is coming up in August on ESPN, right?
FM: Yeah! He gonna fight in August and again at the end of this year. We getting ready and getting him sharp right now. And then my other guy, Cerreso, won his fight. I took him down to Minnesota and he won his fight. He took care of his business and looked real good.
