
Former welterweight champion Adrien Broner is eager to get back into the ring to erase the memory of his first loss, and he won't settle for any other opponent than the man who gave it to him. "A y'all bout to see me back in the ring in some weeks..... And I ain't fighting nobody until I fight @ChinoMaidana again ..... I'm a warrior," Broner wrote as he took to his official Twitter page to make it clear that he hopes to face newly-crowned WBA welterweight champion Marcos Maidana in his next bout.
According to Broner, Maidana "out hustled" him in their first encounter, but he vows that the rematch will be different. Whether or not an immediate rematch will take place remains to be seen, however, as Maidana is one of the opponents that undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd "Money" Mayweather is considering for his own highly-anticipated return to the ring in May. Nevertheless, Broner is stating his case to avenge his loss to Maidana before his "Big Bruh" gets a crack at him. Check out his tweets below:
