"The two fighters are extraordinarily dedicated in their preparation. I really think this is going to be a monumental fight, and I know from what I'm hearing from Freddie and Manny, and watching at that Wild Card, that Manny will be 100% prepared and will give a vintage Manny Pacquiao performance on April 12," stated Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum, who spoke during a recent conference call to promote the upcoming April 12 rematch between multi-division world champion Manny Pacquiao and undefeated WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley. According to Arum, fans can expect fireworks when the two fighters step into the ring less than 3 weeks from now.
"I'm really excited. I mean, Manny is coming in with a whole new attitude. You're going to see the best of Manny Pacquiao on April 12, and Tim Bradley now is not the Tim Bradley that fought Manny 2 years ago," Arum explained. "He's a much more confident fighter. He's used to the big stage. He's prepared to do a tremendous fight and those of us who saw him with Provodnikov and Marquez know what a complete fighter he is, so I'm looking forward to April 12th. I think it'll be a classic battle, a lot of fireworks, and people will really enjoy the event."
