Moments ago at the StubHub Center in Carson, California, welterweight contenders Robert Guerrero and Yoshihiro Kamegai went to war for 12 rounds, going toe to toe round after round until ultimately the judges had to decide the outcome of a great fight. Both fighters stood right in front of each other from the opening bell as they continued to trade big shots to the body and head. The face of Kamegai was bloody early on and by the middle rounds, the left eye of Guerrero was nearly shut. Nevertheless, they continued to trade heavy leather at a frantic pace.
