"If you can't get them out of there early, you gotta be prepared to go that extra distance because there are no guarantees in boxingÂ…I can make an adjustment at any time and at any moment during a fight. I adjust and I keep going onÂ…I'll adjust and keep adjusting and eventually I'm gonna start breaking you down," stated Philly boxer Stephen "Scooter" Fulton, who talked about his upcoming second pro fight this Thursday and more. Check it out!

PC: Congratulations on winning your pro debut. Was it a major difference from when you fought in the World Series of Fighting, or not really?

SF: Thanks man. It wasn't like a big difference, but I was fighting more elite fighters in the WSB. They came from all across the world and it is more rounds. It's 5 rounds, so that was different.

PC: What was your preparation like for your debut?

SF: It was good. I was chilling. It wasn't nothing major to me; just another day in the office. I'm prepared to go the distance. That's actually what we prepare for. I would rather prepare to go the distance, and if you can get them out of there early, then you do it, but if you can't get them out of there early, you gotta be prepared to go that extra distance because there are no guarantees in boxing. You're not guaranteed to knock everybody out.

PC: You have a fight this week. Tell us about it.

SF: I fight Thursday, November 20th, out in California. It will be my second pro fight and it should be a walk in the park for me too. I was just in training camp in DC and I got to spar Rau'Shee Warren, who is a good pro. That was great. That was real good work for me.

PC: Eric "Outlaw" Hunter told me you helped him out for his fight as well.

SF: Yeah, I did! We put in some good work as well. It's real good for me to work with guys like that because they make me work. They make me see things better in the ring. They make you pay for the mistakes that you make and that's always good. When you getting that kind of work, you won't make that same mistake again. You learn from it.

PC: Do you know a whole lot about your opponent or are you not concerned too much at this stage in the game?

SF: Nah, I ain't worried about it at this stage right now. I let my trainer take care of all that. I just go out there and do what I'm supposed to do.

PC: When you're fighting guys like this with not a lot of footage, it's more about in fight adjustments anyway.

SF: Yeah! That's another good thing that I'm very good at. I can make an adjustment at any time and at any moment during a fight. I adjust and I keep going on. People can watch one of my old fights and be like, "He keeps his hands down right here," or "He drops his hands right there," but I will keep my hands up the whole fight just to take that advantage away from him. I'll adjust and keep adjusting and eventually I'm gonna start breaking you down.

PC: From fight one to fight two, what are you looking to do that maybe you feel you didn't do enough of in your debut, or less of something. What are you looking to showcase in this fight?

SF: Nothing specific. I just take it fight by fight and if the knockout comes, it comes. I'm not gonna force anything. That's how people get hurt and that's how careers get ended. Your whole career could end with one punch; that's all it takes.

PC: Will this be your last fight for the year or are you trying to get another one in after Thursday?

SF: I honestly wanna sneak another one in late December some time. I'll even fight early December if something presents itself.

PC: No holidays for you, huh?

SF: It don't bother me because I don't celebrate the holidays.

PC: Oh, you Muslim?

SF: Yeah, Im'a Muslim. My whole camp is so it wouldn't bother us at all (laughing). I've been doing this for 8 years now.

PC: I wish you the best of luck. We will talk afterwards. Is there anything else you want to add before I let you go?

SF: I want to say thanks to you first and foremost because you deserve it for helping guys out and doing interviews and everything. I want to thank my trainer, my team, Al Haymon, and all of the Philly and DC fighters.
