Earlier today, undefeated pound-for-pound champion Floyd Mayweather and WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz held a press conference in Los Angeles to officially announce their September 17th showdown at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. "Hey, Mayweather's a beast, but I'm a monster, so with that said and done, I don't care. If Mr. Mayweather wants to box, I'll box. He wants to bang, I'll bang," remarked Ortiz of the opportunity. "to be the best, you gotta beat the best that's put in front of you. As of right now, Victor Ortiz is the champion. My ultimate goal is to take the title from Victor Ortiz. Next, we move on to Manny Pacquiao, we take care of that, then we move on to the next," Mayweather would comment on the fight.
