Fighthype.com has received word from a source close to the situation that next week, investigators will announce that the death of former world champion Arturo "Thunder" Gatti was not a suicide. During a press conference to be held next Tuesday, August 30th, investigators are expected to publicly state that Gatti was in fact murdered.
Gatti was found dead on July 11, 2009 in Brazil while on vacation with his wife, Amanda Rodrigues, who was initially arrested for murder, but later released soon after claiming Gatti was depressed and had committed suicide.
