BT: How different is it to train again for a smaller guy like Marquez again as opposed to some of the bigger guys you've been facing?
MP: It's the same training. Although it's a different opponent, it's the same training.
BT: You've continued to get better and better as you moved up in weight. Do you think Marquez can be a better fighter at the higher weight?
MP: I don't know. I think he's still the same. I'm just doing my job and trying my best.
BT: Do you consider Marquez to be one of your most difficult and competitive opponents?
MP: It's hard to say right now because this is the first time to meet at the higher weight division, but I can say yes on 5 years ago at 130 pounds.
BT: The first 2 fights were so exciting, is there any pressure to make the 3rd fight just as exciting?
MP: Definitely. The third fight is going to be a good fight; a lot of boxing because we know each other.
BT: Is there anything about Marquez's style that makes him more difficult than other guys you have faced?
MP: Everybody knows the style of Marquez. He's good at counterpunching.
