Once again, Zab Judah proved that he has much more left in the tank than people believed, putting on a dominant and impressive performance en route to a 9th round TKO of previously undefeated Vernon Paris. Looking quick and explosive, Judah battered Paris from the beginning of the fight all the way until the end, which came at 2:27 of the 9th after Judah landed a devasting left hand and followed it up with a barrage of punches that forced the referee to call a halt to the action. Judah made it looking relatively easy against what many believe to be a top contender, leaving no doubt that he's still a force to be reckoned with in the jr. welterweight division.
