Wow...Williams weighed in tonight at 164 while Quintana weighed 158. You gotta wonder how much longer Williams will still be able to suck down to 147. Quintana comes out first. He looks focused as he comes in with a seious look on his face. The champion, Paul Williams, comes in next all smiles as he jogs to the ring. Williams is rockin' a mohawk much like Ocho Cinco once had.

ROUND 1
Both men come out firing the jab. Quintana lands a jab to the body. Williams lands a stiff jab that snaps the head of Quintana. Left hook lands for Williams. They trade jabs. Six-punch combo on the inside lands for williams. WOOOOOO...HARD three-punch combo from Quintana freezes Williams in his tracks. Quintana lands a right. Williams lands a 1-2 now that backs Quintana up. Quintana lands a nice left hand. Williams lands a  right. Looping left hand lands for Quintana. Williams lands a left now. They trade jabs. Quintana lands a left again. They trade jabs. HARD straight left down the pipe lands for Quintana. Now Quintana works him along the ropes with some hooks. Some more roughhousing on the inside. They trade jabs. Quintana lands the left hook with ease. BIG 1-2 lands for Quintana. HARD right hook to the body lands for Williams and Quintana didn't like it as he retreats to the corner. Round to Quintana, but it could get interesting if Williams tries to go back to the body.

"I'm a great fighter, everbody knows...I knew I was going to win," stated the newly crowned champion. "I could've probably knocked him out, but there was a problem with my breathing so I didnt go all out," Quintana continued as he discussed his performance. "I can't say what's going to happen in the future, we're going to celebrate then we'll think about what were going to do." Paul Williams would simply state, "tonight wasn't my night." He continued, "I didn't execute; I didn't get in my rhythm."
