PREFIGHT
Big Show comes out first making the long, slow walk to the ring. He's got a serious and determined look on his face as he stares straight ahead at the ring. He steps over the top rope when he enters the ring. Pretty Boy Floyd Money Mayweather comes out next to his own rap song. Money falls out of the sky as he enters decked out in a Chinchilla outfit, sunglasses and some MMA gloves. He poses by some fans holding a "Money Mayweather" sign. He looks focused. Big Show looks disgusted at his ring entrance.
THE MATCH
Mayweather circles looking ready to lock up. Big Show attempts to grab him and Mayweather ducks under his arms and runs away. Big Show tries to grab him again and Mayweather ducks under and pushes him from behind. Big Show tries to corner him. Mayweather spins him and lands a nice combination to his body. Now Mayweather showboats and smiles at Big Show, sticking his chin out to taunt him. Mayweather lands a quick right hand upstairs. Another 1-2 lands for Mayweather upstairs and Big Show is frustrated.
A break in the action as one of Mayweather's handlers wipes some sweat off his face. Big Show runs over and knocks the handler back out of the ring with a right cross. Mayweather tries to land a right hand, but Big Show grabs it and forces Mayweather to the ground. Big Show attempts to stomp on his hand, but Mayweather gets away. Now Big Show grabs him for the chokeslam, but Mayweather lands a couple of right hands while he's in the air. Mayweather takes his back and attempts a sleeper hold. Mayweather still holding on to that choke...just dangling from Big Show's neck. Big Show drops to one knee. Mayweather still got it locked in tight. Now Big Show is up and pulls Mayweather down to the canvas and stomps on his hand. Mayweather crawls to the corner in pain, crying out to Leonard Ellerbe. Ellerbe complains that he can't be doing that.
Big Show grabs Mayweather and pulls him to the corner. He tells the crowd, "shhhhhhh" and then proceeds to slap Mayweather in the chest. Mayweather drops in pain. Now Big Show steps on Mayweather's back...he does it again. Leonard Ellerbe continues to complain, "He can't be doing that." Mayweather tries to land a couple of right hands, but Big Show grabs him and nails a side slam. Mayweather lays there in pain. Big Show grabs his arm and drops a leg on him. Big Show walks on him again.
Big Show stands him up and Mayweather lands two hard body shots. Big Show headbutts him and Mayweather falls to the canvas again. Big Show drops an elbow on him. Mayweather's handlers grab him out of the ring and Ellerbe says, "we out" as they begin to carry Mayweather backstage. Big Show runs after them. He pushes the handlers away and pulls Mayweather back to the ring with his head in a choke. Big Show lands a right hand and a knee as he continues to drag him back to the ring. Big Show grabs him for the chokeslam, but one of Mayweather's entourage rushes in and hits him in the back with a chair. Big Show grabs him and slams him to the ground. Now Mayweather grabs the chair and hits Big Show with it twice. Big Show grabs him again to chokeslam him, but Mayweather kicks him in the nuts. Mayweather grabs the chair again and hits him in the head three more times. Then Mayweather grabs some brass knuckles from one of his entourage and lands a big right hand to the chin of the giant. Big Show struggles to get up, but he gets counted out.

- Randy Orton defeats John Cena via pinfall (Triple H lands Pedigree on Cena then Orton sneaks in and kicks him and the back of the head to steal the victory)

- Shawn Michaels defeats Ric Flair via pinfall after Superkick (standing ovation Flair as he's left crying in the center of the ring)
- Kane defeats Chavo Guerrero via pinfall after Chokeslam (sets Wrestlemania record for fastest finish)
- Batista defeats Umaga via pinfall after Batista Bomb
- CM Punk wins Money In The Bank Ladder Match
- JBL defeats Finlay via pinfall after Clothesline From Hell
- Kane wins 24-man battle royal
