PREFIGHT
Celebrities in attendance include Denzel Washington, Jack Nicholson, Cedric The Entertainer, Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, Jeremy Piven, Puff Daddy and Jay-Z. "There's only one Ricky Hatton," the Brits begin to sing. "Manny, Manny, Manny," the Pinoys begin to cheer. Martin Nievera sings a nice, upbeat version of the Philippine National Anthem. Sir Tom Jones, looking EXTREMELY old with his gray hair, but still rockin' a tan, sings the British National Anthem. Jazmine Villegas sings the American National Anthem. Tonight, Manny Pacquiao has rehydrated to 148 lbs. while Hatton is back up to 152 lbs. Ricky Hatton makes his way to the ring first. He looks extremely focused, confident and intense. Interestingly, Hatton enters to his own personalized song before it breaks into his traditional Blue Moon entrance. He's already in the ring before Blue Moon really even gets a chance to play. Manny Pacquiao enters next all smiles as he's accompanied by WWE superstar Batista. He looks extremely confident as well. Pacquiao prays in the corner before the bout begins. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"

ROUND 1
Pacquiao lays out a lazy jab. Hatton looks to rough him up on the inside. HARD right hook lands for Pacquiao. Quick left lands for Pacquiao. Hatton roughs him up on the inside. Another hard right lands for Pacquiao. 1-2 lands for Pacquaio. Another right hook lands for Pacquiao. Pacquiao lands another right hook and Hatton holds on. Hatton looks slow. Another right hook lands for Pacquiao. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO......and another right hook from Pacquiao drops Hatton. He's up. Another right hook lands for Pacquiao. Pacquiao is all over Hatton. 1-2 lands for Pacquiao. Another 1-2. Hatton is wobbled. Another left from Pacquiao drops Hatton again. WOW!!!! Hatton is up. End of round. HUGE round for Pacquiao. Another. Hatton lands a left. Wooooo...another hard right hand lands for Pacquiao. Hatton gets a quick warning for holding behind the head. HARD straight left lands for pacquiao. Hatton lands a right hook. Pacquiao answers with a 1-2. Wow! Pacquiao's landing just about everything in there. HARD right hand lands for Pacquiao. Short left on the inside lands for Pacquiao. Right to the body lands for Pacquiao. Another right upstairs for Pacquiao. 1-2 lands for Pacquiao. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...HUGE left hook from Pacquiao lands and Hatton is FLATTENED. That's it! It's over! WOW! Hatton doesn't even move! WOW! Hatton is attended to immediately. Wow!

I give it to Soto for landing the bigger shots, but Gaudet was landing some nice shots of his own.

Even though his punches are as hard as Soto's, I still gotta give him credit for landing more of them.

It's over.

Jacobs lands a left to the body of his own. Short left hook on the inside land sfor Jacobs and he lets his hands go landing a flurry. Walker looks buzzed against the ropes as he tries to recover. Walker charges in again and tries to rough Jacobs up against the ropes. Both men trade on the inside. 1-2 lands for Jacobs. Walker swinging wildly. Wild left hook lands for Walker. Jacobs lands another 1-2. Right hand down the middle lands for Jacobs. Stiff jab lands for Jacobs. Left to the body from Jacobs had Walker doubling over. Jacobs continues to control the ring with his jab and movement. Walker lands a 1-2 to the body. Left hook followed by a right lands for Jacobs. Round to Jacobs.

Walker looks to rough Jacobs up on the inside as he lands a short left hook. Another right hook lands for Walker. Jacobs doing a little too much holding. Now Jacobs lets his hands go and lands a right and a left. Walker fires back though and lands a solid shot upstairs. Uppercut lands for Jacobs. Two shots south of the border land for Walker. Looping right hand and two left hooks land on the inside for Walker and then he slams Jacobs to the ground. A break in the action for Jacobs to adjust his trunks. Walker charges in again. Jacobs lands a left hook to the body followed by a 1-2 upstairs. Hard right to the body lands for Walker. Both men trade on the inside to end the round. Much closer round. I give it to Jacobs for landing the cleaner shots, but it could get interesting if Walker keeps the pressure up on him.

Nice uppercut lands for Walker. Walker continues to work Jacobs on the inside. Now Jacobs lands an uppercut and ducks away. Nice right hand to the body lands for Jacobs. Uppercut lands for Jacobs. Looping right lands for Walker. HARD 1-2 to the body lands for Jacobs. Jacobs landing some nice combinations in there. Another quick three-punch combo lands for jacobs. Walker lands a left hook, but Jacobs lands a bigger right hook and a left hand upstairs. Round to Jacobs.

Actor Jack Nicholson can be seen in attendance sitting ringside. It's all Jacobs in this round as he circles the ring and controls the distance behind his jab. Walker lands a left to the body. Now Walker backs Jacobs up to the ropes and lands right upstairs. Walker continues to try to work the body. Jacobs spins and lands a quick combo of his own. Round to Jacobs.

Walker lands a left to the body. Jacobs fires out the jab. Right hand lands for Walker. They trade jabs. Jacobs lands a left to the body. Jab and a right from Jacobs and he dances away. A series of uppercuts land for Jacobs. Walker lands a right upstairs, but not much on it. HARD left hook to the body lands for Jacobs. Walker lands a left hook upstairs. "I was real disappointed in James...we all make mistakes...we gonna stand behind him...a lot of times when you're down, sometimes you don't know how to stand up...I think he needs to learn a lesson and if he comes back, we have a test that we'll have to accomplish...I think he gettin' some tough love now...we gotta give him an opportunity like I got an opportunity...besides being his coach, I love James," she stated. "I'm a trainer now...I ran after Laila for three years...she never came, but I'm a trainer now...I think Laila need to go ahead and keep dancing with the stars though...my heart is really into training...I'm just looking forward to the opportunity to get more fighters so I can show people that I'm a really good trainer," she continued as she addressed rumors of a possible fight with Laila Ali.

Right hook and a left to the body lands for Korobov. LOL...Manny Stewart said if he was managing Kelly Pavlik right now, he'd be very happy that he's not going to have to fight Korobov. I'm guessing Stewart doesn't like Pavlik too much. Nice three-punch combo lands for Korobov. WOOOOOOO....HARD right hook from Korobov BLASTS the mouthpiece of Bartinelli into the fifth row. WOW! Left hand lands for Korobov. Round to Korobov.

Gray reaches in and misses with a right. Lara mixing it up with jabs o the body and head. Gray lands a right to the body and ties up. Lara stalking patiently...very calculated with his punches. Straight left followed by a couple of body shots land for Lara. Left hand upstairs lands for Lara. Round to Lara.

Hard 1-2 lands for Lara. Gray retreats. Left hand to the body from Lara has Gray covering up. Another 1-2 lands for Lara. Gray not offering much in resistance. Manny Stewart is so impressed with Lara that it prompted him to say that middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik would have a problem with him. Lara starting to get cute in there as he starts to showboat a bit. Left hand lands for Lara. Round to Lara.

Manny Stewart also thinks Lara would give Paul Williams problems over the course of four rounds. Interesting. Gray, who's clearly outclassed, is in survival mode now. Left hand lands for Lara.
