"Listen, for a guy who doesn't want to get pricked, he got tattoos all over his body. That doesn't make sense," stated Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, as he briefly shared his thoughts with FightHype.com about Manny Pacquiao's refusal to comply with Olympic-style drug testing. Although Ellerbe was tight-lipped on the next move in negotiations, he did make it clear that Team Mayweather will indeed stand firm on their request that both he and Pacquiao be subjected to random blood tests leading up to the highly-anticipated clash.
"You got a superstition of getting pricked and with taking blood, but you got tattoos all over your body. Which one is it," Ellerbe reiterated. "You're afraid of needles, but you got tattoos all over your body. Which one is it?" Although several boxing analysts seem to think that the two sides will reach agreement due to the amount of money that's at stake, it's looking more and more like the mega-fight will not take place if Pacquiao does not agree to the random testing.
