FightHype.com is happy to report that despite a scare over the weekend stemming from his lung disease [Sarcoidosis], world-class trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr. is doing just fine and is expected to be released from the hospital later today. "I spoke to him yesterday and he is doing okay. Big Floyd is doing fine and he is expected to be sent home today," his brother, Jeff Mayweather, informed us moments ago.
After experiencing chest pains late last week, Mayweather Sr. checked himself into a hospital over the weekend. Airing on the side of caution, he underwent a series of tests to discover the source of the pain and determine whether or not it had anything to do with his Sarcoidosis. According to Jeff, Mayweather Sr. is feeling a lot better and will soon be returning to the comforts of his home.
