According to world-class trainer Floyd Mayweather Sr., both he and Jack Mosley will be pitting their wits against each other in a 6-man boxing tournament featuring fighters under the tutelage of each trainer. "Me and Jack Mosley going to do the tournament where he has his 3 fighters fight my 3 fighters and we have 3 alternates, in case something happens or a cut or something," he informed FightHype.com during a recent interview.
Details about the tournament are sketchy, but it's just one of many new projects that Mayweather Sr. is undertaking. Along with a tell-all biography, he's also working on two reality shows, a clothing line, and is now extending his boxing knowledge into the world of mixed martial arts, adding former UFC lightweight champion BJ Penn as his latest student. "I'm working on a lot of stuff man. I will always do my thing in boxing, but I can't do it forever, so I'm opening other doors," he added.
