This past Saturday, middleweight king Sergio Martinez put on a masterful performance, dropping previously unbeaten Sergiy Dzinziruk five times en route to an eighth-round stoppage. While most people watching were impressed with the accomplishment, there was one spectactor in particular who didn't think much of the victory. "It's okay," remarked pound-for-pound champion Manny Pacquiao, who simply shrugged his shoulders when asked what he thought about Martinez's performance.
Our friends at MPBoxing.com were on hand as Manny, his brother Bobby, and other members of Team Pacquiao intently watched Martinez's knockout of Dzinziruk. Although Pacquiao's attention was momentarily interrupted during the post-fight interview, he quickly turned his gaze back upon the TV when Martinez declared his strong desire to be considered the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Shortly after hearing Martinez say that he wanted to face the 8-division world champion, everyone in the room burst into laughter, and Pacquiao himself let out a long boo as he smiled.
Check out the exclusive video below of Pacquiao's reaction to Martinez that our friends from MPBoxing.com were able to capture.
