According to Lance Pugmire of the LA Times, AT&T Stadium has finalized a site deal to host the potential showdown between undefeated welterweight champion Errol Spence Jr. and undefeated multi-division world champion Mikey Garcia on March 16. Although there's still no word on whether or not both fighters have reached an agreement on the fight, the fact that a site deal has been reached is a strong indication that the fight will indeed take place on that date.
"The Cowboys' side is done," an anonymous source informed Pugmire. "Now they just have to deliver the fight." It should be noted that Fox Sports and Premier Boxing Champions will be hosting a "press conference experience" next Tuesday, November 13, to officially announce "when boxing's biggest champions return to action on Fox, FS1, and Fox Deportes." There's a strong possibility that the fight could be officially announced at that time.
