MMA middleweight contender Jason "Mayhem" Miller talks about his recent win over Ted Kennedy this past weekend at HDNet Fights Reckless Abandon, his future plans and more. Check out what he had to say about a future rematch with Frank Trigg, his thoughts on Sokoudjou's upcoming fight with Machida at UFC 79 and more.

PC: How are you doing man?

JM: I'm doing pretty good!

PC: Congrats on your win over Tim Kennedy!

JM: Thank you!

PC: What did you think of your performance?

JM: I don't know, it was a B performance. Maybe a C+. I didn't do perfectly. I didn't execute my plan perfectly, but that's kind of one of those live and learn moments.

PC: You had fought Kennedy before. Did he do anything this time around that surprised you?

JM: Ah, nah, not really nothing in particular. I trained like what he fought like.

PC: At any point in the fight, did you feel you could've finished the fight off?

JM: Yeah, I mean, many times. They kept standing us back up and checking his cut to clean it off. I just needed a few more seconds. I just needed a stand where I could keep butchering him and finish the whole deal. Instead, they kept standing us back up and I think that's a messed up way to do the fight. You either have to start us back there or stop checking the cut over and over again. I was not very happy with that; that was stupid. I also thought, in the second round, I really started pouring it on and I could've finished it there, but I just didn't seize the opportunity.

PC: You were real calm about that, but I was actually commenting on that. Every time they checked his cut, they never gave you your top position back.

JM: Nah, yeah, they start us back in a damn standup and I'm like, "Ok?!" I'm not going to bitch, wine and moan about it during the fight, but you know, afterwards, now I'm going to bitch and cry. That was stupid!

PC: You had one of your typical entrances. Where do you rank this one with the other ones you've had?

JM: This was a pretty good one. If I can get some more help from the production people, my entrances will continue to be some of the best ever.

PC: This was your first fight with HDNet. How was that experience for you?

JM: HDNet is the best! They're the nicest and the best that a fighter could ask for.

PC: Looks like they want to set you and Trigg up for a rematch in February. What do you think about that?

JM: That's fine. I don't care. I'm on an ass-kicking, revenge, payback travel trip! I'm on an ass-kicking payback full of destruction.

PC: How many times would you like to fight in 2008?

JM: Probably, umÂ…I don't know, as much as possible; probably 4 or 5 times.

PC: I know you train with Sokoudjou and he's getting ready to make his UFC debut. What do you think about his fight with Machida?

JM: He's going to beat the piss out of Machida. Machida doesn't even know what he's got into. He's going to find out within the first minute of that fight.

PC: What do you think will be the difference in a rematch with Trigg if that's in fact your next fight?

JM: This time, I'm going to beat his ass. I'm actually going to train this time.

PC: That was a great fight and I look forward to seeing more of you with HDNet. Is there anything you want to say in closing to your fans man?

JM: Big ups to everybody at triumphunited.com and now Kimbo Slice is now doing our web design, so I'm stoked about that. The Mayhem Monkey's all over running the planet! Big ups to yourself!
