PC: I gotta congratulate you on your knockout win over Travis Walker.
JB: Thanks man.
PC: How did you feel in that fight?
JB: I felt good in that fight. I was comfortable. I'm finally at a weight class I can be comfortable at. I ain't gotta kill myself to make weight. I feel comfortable at heavyweight.
PC: Anytime an American fighter goes to Germany, it's a different experience. Is that something that you have no problem with doing?
JB: I don't have a problem with going over there man. I fought over there several times. As long as I bring my two judges with me, man, I'm good.
PC: I know you read the Toney interview. What are your thoughts on what James had to say?
JB: (Laughing) I can't think too much about phony people man. James Toney is phony man. I call him Jasmine Phoney because he's phony. He claiming he's the king of Detroit. Every time I see James, he's somewhere in LA or somewhere on the West Coast man.
PC: Is a fight with James Toney in Joe Luis stadium the goal for you right now?
JB: Man, I will do that tomorrow. In fact, I will do one better than that. I will do that tonight.
PC: James said you were a bum and that he would destroy you. Would you like to address that?
JB: James Toney, on a reality basis, James Toney is a good fighter. But on another reality basis, James Toney's best days were yesterday, man. As a fighter, I respect him, but he's still phony because he don't do nothing but talk. You can't talk your way to a world title. When is the last time he fought a credible opponent and won? He ain't beating nobody. Ask him when was the last time he fought a person he wasn't supposed to beat and won? He fought a guy that was 12-5 in his last fight and won. He's supposed to beat guys like that. He ain't fought nobody (laughing). The only thing James Toney do is talk about people. He talks about everybody, but he ain't fought nobody. If James wants to fight me, tell him to drive an hour from Ann Arbor to Detroit, where I'm from, to fight me in Detroit.
